Effective Team Dynamics
The Effective Team Dynamics (ETD) initiative at Georgia Tech helps teams work more effectively together. I contributed by designing a graduate workbook, facilitator guide, and supporting graphics used in workshops and training modules.
Goals
1. Improve clarity and engagement for both participants and facilitators.
2. Design structured materials that guide teams through the learning process.
3. Create visuals that reinforce key concepts, making them easier to understand and remember.

Designing the ETD Workbook
The graduate workbook helps participants identify their strengths, learn about team dynamics, and develop strategies for better collaboration. I focused on clear typography, structured layouts, and engaging visuals to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Creating the Facilitator Guide
To support instructors, I designed a detailed, easy-to-follow guide with structured timelines and step-by-step instructions for leading workshops. The guide ensures consistency across sessions and helps facilitators deliver the content effectively.
Visualizing Key Concepts
I designed custom graphics and data visualizations to illustrate complex team dynamics in a way that is clear and memorable. These visuals were used across ETD’s materials and in a research paper presented at the 2023 ASEE Conference.

Results
1.  An engaging and accessible learning experience for participants.

2. A streamlined facilitator guide, improving workshop consistency.

3. Published data visualizations featured in ETD’s ASEE conference paper (proving results listed above).
